Terms of Service

Who we are

StockTracked (“we”) provides sales, stock and profit analytics for shops, at stocktracked.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions: steve.anthony148@gmail.com.

The service

StockTracked connects to your IposG till, syncs your sales, and shows you dashboards, product analytics, stock estimates, promotions and invoice scanning. Features vary by subscription tier, as described on the billing page.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for the staff logins you create (managers and shopkeepers) and what they do in your shop's account.
• One shop per account.

Connecting your till

You authorise us to sign in to your IposG account using the credentials you provide, to read your sales and products, and — where you use those features — to write product names and promotions back to your till. You confirm you are entitled to grant this access for your shop.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid monthly via Stripe. Your first subscription starts with a 30-day free trial; you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
• Cancel anytime from the billing page — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
• If a payment fails and isn't fixed, we may suspend access until it is.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Your data

Your shop's data belongs to you. How we collect, store and protect it is described in the Privacy Notice. If you close your account, we delete your data, including your stored till credentials.

Fair use

Use the service lawfully and only for your own shop. Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or access another shop's data.

What we can't promise

The service is provided “as is”. It depends on third parties we don't control (IposG, Stripe, hosting), so we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Figures like stock levels, costs, margins and profit are estimates to help you run your shop — they are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you should check them before relying on them for business decisions.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending the service

You can cancel and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don't pay. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can export what you need.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
